We contract with 13 community-based organizations around the city to help young people to stay in school or, if they've dropped out, to get their GED; to get occupational and other kinds of training; to find jobs; and to get support services that make it possible for them to keep their jobs or stay in school. |

Secondary Services Provided |
IPIC is the "go to" source for workforce development in Central Indiana. IPIC convenes community leaders to address important issues and strategically coordinates funding from federal, state and private sources to improve the skills of county residents and place them in jobs; develop a diverse, able workforce that meets the needs of existing and potential employers; and advance the region and its economy. |
